Research Preparation Guidelines

First: Submission Conditions

Submission of a manuscript to the journal constitutes a commitment by the author(s) that:

  1. The manuscript is original and has not been previously published, either wholly or partially.
  2. The manuscript is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  3. All co-authors have approved the submission and publication of the manuscript.

Second: Manuscript Preparation

Language

Manuscripts are accepted in either Arabic or English only.

Manuscript Length

The manuscript should range between 5,000 and 12,000 words, including abstracts, references, and appendices.

Arabic Manuscripts

  • Font: Simplified Arabic
  • Title Font Size: 14
  • Main Text Font Size: 12
  • Line Spacing: 1

English Manuscripts

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Title Font Size: 14
  • Main Text Font Size: 12
  • Line Spacing: 1.15

Third: Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be organized as follows:

1. Title

The title should be clear, concise, and accurately reflect the content of the study.

2. Abstract

Arabic and English abstracts must be provided, each not exceeding 250 words, and should include:

  • Purpose of the study
  • Methodology
  • Main findings
  • Conclusions

3. Keywords

At least five keywords should be provided below each abstract.

4. Introduction

The introduction should include:

  • Research background
  • Significance of the study
  • Research problem
  • Research questions or hypotheses
  • Objectives of the study
  • Previous studies and research gap

5. Methodology

This section should include:

  • Research approach
  • Data sources
  • Population and sample
  • Data collection and analysis tools
  • Study limitations

6. Results and Discussion

Presentation, analysis, and interpretation of the findings, with reference to previous studies.

7. Conclusions and Recommendations

This section should present the major conclusions and practical or future recommendations.

8. References

  • References should follow the APA citation style within the text using the author’s surname and publication year.
  • References must be arranged alphabetically at the end of the manuscript.
  • The reference list should be divided into:
    • Arabic Sources
    • English References
  • If no foreign references are available, Arabic references should be translated into English and listed under the “References” section.

9. Appendices (if applicable)

Appendices should appear after the references section and be numbered sequentially (Appendix 1, Appendix 2, etc.), with proper citation within the manuscript text when necessary.

Fourth: Peer Review Process

Submitted manuscripts undergo the following stages:

  1. Initial screening (formatting and plagiarism check).
  2. Double-blind peer review.
  3. Returning the manuscript to the author(s) for required revisions, if applicable.
  4. Final decision of acceptance or rejection.

The journal seeks to complete the review process within a maximum period of 75 days from the date of submission.

Fifth: Revisions

  1. Authors are required to complete the reviewers’ revisions within a maximum of 30 days.
  2. Failure to submit the revised version within the specified period shall be considered an implicit withdrawal unless an acceptable justification is provided.
  3. Authors will be notified of the final acceptance decision within 15 days after receiving the revised manuscript.

Sixth: Publication Decision

  1. In case of rejection, authors will receive the reviewers’ reports without revealing reviewers’ identities.
  2. A rejected manuscript may be reconsidered only after substantial revision and resubmission as a new manuscript.
  3. Accepted manuscripts will be electronically published within 90 days from the date of final acceptance.

Seventh: Submission Method

The manuscript should be submitted in (Microsoft Word) format through the journal’s electronic submission system.
