Publication Charge Policy

The Journal of Basra Researches for Human Sciences adopts a clear and transparent policy regarding peer review and publication fees, in accordance with established scholarly publishing standards.

• Peer Review Fees: The peer review process is entirely free of charge.
• Publication Fees:
  • 150,000 Iraqi Dinars for authors based in Iraq.
  • 100 USD for authors outside Iraq.

Publication fees are collected only after the final acceptance of the manuscript. These fees are independent of the peer review process and do not influence editorial decisions in any way.

A partial or full waiver of publication fees may be granted by a justified decision of the Editorial Board in exceptional cases, including:

• Authors from low-income countries.
• International collaborative research.
• Research demonstrating exceptional scholarly quality and contribution.

Authors in Iraq may pay the publication fee via Qi using the following account details:

Authors are requested to send proof of payment to the journal's management through the discussion section within the journal's system after the transfer process is completed, in order to complete the verification procedures.
